Three doors

Who is Dir B7ali for?

Dir B7ali works with three audiences: partners who already have the guests (riads, inbound agencies, companies), Moroccan artisans who have the craft, and institutions that support artisans.

Partners

You have the guests, we have the artisans. One point of contact, an artisan verified in their own workshop, written confirmation within 2 h.

Institutions

Formalise your artisans, and bring them clients

Formalising an artisan only makes sense if demand follows. We guide your artisans in groups to self-employed status, then connect them with riads, agencies and companies. The programme runs city by city, with the chamber, region or cooperative that leads it.

Formalisation in groups

Artisans guided in groups to self-employed status — المقاول الذاتي — with the administrative follow-up that comes with it.

Portfolio and profile

Each artisan leaves with a documented profile: craft, photos of their work, city and neighbourhood, languages spoken.

Real demand

Formalisation only makes sense if it brings requests. Formalised artisans join Dir B7ali's partner channels.

How it works

How does a booking work, step by step?

  1. You describe the need: date, craft, number of people, language.
  2. We propose a verified artisan.
  3. You receive written confirmation and a booking code within 2 h.
  4. Your guests enjoy the workshop, at the artisan's place or at yours.

Artisans

What does Dir B7ali change for an artisan?

Dir B7ali builds the artisan's profile free of charge, at their workshop, then sends them booking requests on WhatsApp. The artisan sets their net price, accepts or declines each request within two hours, and is paid the price they set. The profile and the tool are free for life.

Visitors walk past the workshop without coming in.

Dir B7ali brings in groups sent by riads, agencies and companies that already have the guests.

The middleman decides the price.

Here, you set your own price. And that is the price you are paid, whatever the channel.

Everything happens on WhatsApp, with no record.

Each request arrives on WhatsApp with the date, the number of people and the language. The artisan confirms or declines within two hours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The riad or agency describes its need, Dir B7ali proposes a verified artisan, and the artisan confirms within two hours. The partner keeps a single point of contact and receives written confirmation for every booking.

Workshops start from 500 MAD per person. The price depends on the craft, the duration and the size of the group.

Workshops open at the start of each week and can be booked up to 2 hours before they begin, subject to availability.

French, English, Spanish and Arabic. We can also arrange other languages if needed.

The artisan declines the request within two hours, and Dir B7ali immediately proposes another artisan. A request left unanswered after two hours is treated as a decline, never as an acceptance.

Dir B7ali designs the workshop format and coordinates the artisans for your retreats and events. For the full stay, we work with a licensed Moroccan agency.

Dir B7ali was born in Fez, and its scope covers all of Morocco. Artisan applications are open in every Moroccan city, and partners are served everywhere.

Nothing. The profile, the showcase and the booking tool are free for life for the artisan. Dir B7ali earns its income from the channel margin, on top of the net price set by the artisan, and never by taking from that price.

No. Dir B7ali is a Moroccan company operating in Morocco. The crafts it documents are Mediterranean and its long-term ambition follows that basin, but there is no activity outside Morocco to date.

The digital product passport is an identifier that documents the artisan, the material and the production steps of a piece. Dir B7ali will roll it out once the artisan network is built, in preparation for the European ESPR regulation.
